We know how important it is to your overall vacation experience to have everything in place when you arrive, and we want to assure you that we make every attempt to deliver your grocery order prior to your arrival. It is important to note; however, that in some cases, particularly during busy vacation weeks, our housekeeping team will not be able to complete their cleaning and inspection until late afternoon, at which point we are given the okay to access the unit. In cases like this, you should receive your order by 5 pm at the latest.

Refrigerated and frozen items will be put away. All other items will be arranged neatly on the counter.

Yes. If you are using the Online Store, you can list them in the “Notes” box during the shopping process. We will always do our best to accommodate and fulfill these requests.

Your order will be shopped for, delivered, and stocked by one of our preferred partner businesses based on your vacation destination. You will have the contact information of that business on your confirmation email in case you need to make any adjustments to your list.

Your grocery order will be charged by us at the time the order is placed. Our booking policy requires that all additional service fees be paid at the time of booking. If you booked your stay with us through an online travel agency, such as Airbnb, we will either send a request for payment through the booking platform that you must accept before service is rendered, or we will need to receive another form of payment from you for processing the charge.

No worries! We have you covered. If you cancel your reservation, your grocery order will be canceled and fully refunded to your method of payment.
